Getting Focused & Posting More

With me trying to focus more on site continuity, I have moved some of
post from Gibby Developments Blog that did not coincide
with the site's theme to my Posterous site. Those post I
moved where more of my thoughts and planning for my site, which is
what I will be doing on Posterous, instead of Gibby Developments Blog.

In addition, I really hoping to complete a blog entry tomorrow which
will be a tutorial on how to update a Posterous page by sending an
email, and the various ways to add extra content by using certain tags
within the email's title and body.

I'm trying to post more content, and I thing my main goal of Posterous
is helping me do just that. I didn't want to post a lot of stuff to
Gibby Developments Blog because it just didn't seen right, but since I
got my Posterous page, I have been posting more frequently... Thanks

Thinking of starting a blog for Home Ownership.

I really should think about starting a blog about home ownership. How I got started, the joys I have, and even the problems I have. I think it could really be helpful to anyone getting into real estate. I could post about my progress with the house, give pointers, advise of pitfall, etc. Basically, people can learn from my mistakes, as I'm a new a newcomer What do you guys think?

Purpose of Gibby Developments

 

Blue Gibby Developments LogoMy initial plans for my Gibby Developments were to be strictly a site to advertise my products and the many services I supply: computer repair & troubleshooting, web development, graphics design, sell t-shirts, and so on and so forth. Ohhhhhhh!!! How plans can change! While educating myself on site development and preparing myself for the path of an entrepreneur, everything seemed to become a little more clearer to me – and at the same time turn out to be more hectic (save that topic for another post). I realized that there is so much more I want to share with the world, and I want to world to get to know me. I know there are thousands of people out there just like me - interested in a wide variety of things. I want to communicate with you; collaborate together, share idea, create something new, and even help other individuals.

 

I’m “So Random”, but yet… "So Static".


 

I’ll eventually get everything organized the way I want. But for now I am educating myself on site development (Props to TUTVID.com) and site promotions (Great Job Lisa 2createawebsite.com). (Those two sites have given me a lot). Most websites don’t normally publish the site until it is ready for viewing by the general public. But, I want to take a different approach, which is kind of amusing to me. I’m going to be developing the site while trying to promote it; in all of its bare naked state.  I want to people to see the “Development” process of the entire site. What works and what gets the boot, give advice on materials, etc, etc.  I’ll pulling some material from my Facebook and Myspace page to add some content, but I don’t think it’s much (be sure to check out the “Who Am I” section… once it’s complete LOL)

 

All in all, I’ll be spending a lot of time and resources on this site. But it’s something I must do. Because “This Site is Me, I am this Site”

To Posterous, Love Metalab
