eBay & Me - I got stuff to sell
I have listed a few items on eBay to sell withing the last few weeks, and there will be more to come. I'm going to try to become a regular seller on eBay. I'll be selling a variety of things. I have lot of NFL, NBA, and MLB trading cards that I will be posting on eBay.
I Need Traffic to ASUVoice.com
I currently trying to think of ways to drive the ASU community to my website, ASUVoice.com. What I believe I need to do initially is just write about a few topics that the students are really interested in, i.e. parties! Once I can get a few students to post then, I'm hoping the site will become viral. However the major publicity I need to do is write a really interesting post, then advertise around campus with flyers. Well that sounds like a plan. I just need to make it happen.
Thinking of starting a blog for Home Ownership.
I really should think about starting a blog about home ownership. How I got started, the joys I have, and even the problems I have. I think it could really be helpful to anyone getting into real estate. I could post about my progress with the house, give pointers, advise of pitfall, etc. Basically, people can learn from my mistakes, as I'm a new a newcomer What do you guys think?
Some Thoughts & Updates
I know there is not one individual who has read any of my blogs as of 10/12/2009, however I will continue to work on my website and blog. Eventually people will come and YOU will be the first to read this and others. =) I going to let the site development and visitors dictate the direction it will take. I'm just putting whatever I deem interesting to me and others here (and along way have the site generate income). I going to share my knowledge with the world, but for now I have to start small. Targeting the Alabama State University community. Then I'm going to branch out. I have been working on the look & feel of the site so it will be easy on the eyes and easy to navigate. Had design originally that lasted about a week and half. It's changed now though. I'll be posting my first real video tutorial for computer disaster recovery. Hoping to turns out to be good, hoping my entire site turns out to very useful.
Purpose of Gibby Developments
My initial plans for my Gibby Developments were to be strictly a site to advertise my products and the many services I supply: computer repair & troubleshooting, web development, graphics design, sell t-shirts, and so on and so forth. Ohhhhhhh!!! How plans can change! While educating myself on site development and preparing myself for the path of an entrepreneur, everything seemed to become a little more clearer to me – and at the same time turn out to be more hectic (save that topic for another post). I realized that there is so much more I want to share with the world, and I want to world to get to know me. I know there are thousands of people out there just like me - interested in a wide variety of things. I want to communicate with you; collaborate together, share idea, create something new, and even help other individuals.
I’m “So Random”, but yet… "So Static".
I’ll eventually get everything organized the way I want. But for now I am educating myself on site development (Props to TUTVID.com) and site promotions (Great Job Lisa 2createawebsite.com). (Those two sites have given me a lot). Most websites don’t normally publish the site until it is ready for viewing by the general public. But, I want to take a different approach, which is kind of amusing to me. I’m going to be developing the site while trying to promote it; in all of its bare naked state. I want to people to see the “Development” process of the entire site. What works and what gets the boot, give advice on materials, etc, etc. I’ll pulling some material from my Facebook and Myspace page to add some content, but I don’t think it’s much (be sure to check out the “Who Am I” section… once it’s complete LOL)
All in all, I’ll be spending a lot of time and resources on this site. But it’s something I must do. Because “This Site is Me, I am this Site”
